It's been noted by some new players that the distinction between an MFD and its associated primable equipment is sometimes confusing. They select the MFD, but for some equipment items they then also need to prime the appropriate piece of equipment. If their list of primable equipment items is anything like mine, then cycling through the list to find the right one can be time consuming!
This is where the Auto-Prime Equipment expansion comes in. Whenever a particular MFD is cycled to a particular MFD ID (by using the ";" key), or an MFD slot is selected where a particular MFD ID is already displayed (using the ":") key, then the associated primable equipment item will be automatically primed.
A bit of a quality of life improvement for players with lots of equipment/MFD's installed.
At the moment, the following MFD's/equipment items are covered, but additional ones can be added via JS (see the Auto-prime equipment wiki page for more details).
Comms Log MFD (if the Comms Log is in non-passive mode)
Damage Report MFD (if the Damage Report MFD is in non-passive mode)
BroadcastComms MFD
Range Finder MFD
Manifest Scanner
Market Inquirer MFD
Waypoint Here MFD
Escort deck
Telescope

Version 1.1 has just been released. Added support for Escort deck and Telescope OXP's. If I've missed any other equipment/MFD combinations, please let me know!
