New Speccy anyone?
There is a project to manufacture a next generation Spectrum, designed by the same designer as the original, and with the blessing to use the name. Apparently 100% compatible in software and hardware.

The already got almost double the amount they wanted!...You made the Spectrum Next happen, we got fully backed on the very next day of the start of the campaign...
