Downloaded OXZ does not contain a manifest.plist

I started to get the above error when attempting to download or update an addon via the manager. Is this a temporary problem ? I suspect it may have to do with oolite version change ? I use a git checkout, now on 1.84 maintenance branch.

That file is empty. A connection problem ?

I already tried updating the list and reattempting download.

Is it maybe because most of the OXPs have links pointing to the wiki, which is down at the moment?
