Gave my Cobra a repaint - now with "go faster" fla

Post by dajt »

I decided to play around with my ship's paint job tonight and gave it some cobras and flames:

Flames
Light wear and tear

Anyone else customised their ship?
Regards,
David Taylor.

Well, I supose that dirty great Iron Pteodactyl I use for testing with could be called a "Custom" jobbie ;)
And so I gave myself to God. There was a pregnant pause before He said "OK"

I've been working on it today. Since there's now a single OXP with 5 separate ships, and 6 other subentities in it, it's taking a while to bring it all together. Quaternions are a bit of a mare.

This OXP is also carrier-based, and so I was going to wait for carrier behaviour to settle down (presumably with the forthcoming release) before I could be sure I had everything right and I could upload the OXP.

I know Giles is taking a well-earned break, over Easter, however, so I'm in no rush.

Nice paint job on the Cobra, djat!
