Persistant fuel injection when on F5

Here's an add one! Only tested quickly with several ships and seems to be a general problem.
Engage fuel injectors and while holding down the key to keep them on switch to F5 (haven't tried other screens yet). Release fuel injectors and the injectors stay on. Switch back to F1 and they stop.
This is with dev version 1.82

I've mostly fixed this. There was some code to prevent this on the short range chart screen but not on any of the other screens. I've moved it somewhere where it should affect all screens except ones with text entry.

The "mostly" is because, for reasons I haven't been able to trace yet, the market screen now cuts injectors whether you're holding down the key or not.
