OXPs list in the OXP manager

A few small changes?

1. Cursor left/right always page the list of OXPs up/down, not just when you're already at the top/bottom of a page.
2. Display date of last change -- helps instil confidence that the OXP is somewhat current.
3. Or display number of downloads in the last four weeks -- same reason.
4. I'm looking for the Bog Snorkelling OXP but can't remember if it's a mission or an ambience mod -- search by name?
5. Sort by any column.
6. Do it all without requiring a new keyconfig.plist just for the OXP manager

#1 above is the one I care most about; the others are randomly-ordered brain-dumpage. Cheers.

Good ideas

1. Makes sense - I'll add it to the list
2. You can filter by recency already in 1.81. I'll see if there's space to add it to the page, but I think it might get in the way of other fields.
3. Not possible. Download requests are made direct to the hosting server, so there's no central record (in some cases, possibly no record at all)
4. You can filter by name already in 1.81
5. Maybe not necessary with filtering, but I'll see how easy it would be to add.
6. Because you can't run the manager and fly at the same time, it's not a problem if the manager keys clash with the normal game keys, so there's no problem here for adding more features.
