That was downloaded from the link in the first post.
Oops. Zipped from one level too high  . Fixed now.

I spent some time and critically went through the casting on Griff's extra ships: Bug, Gnat, Griffin Mark I, Hognose, Ophidian Class Yacht and Wolf Mark II. Using wiki descriptions of the ships and core ship distribution as reference I recasted the roles and set weapons to auto. I also tweaked shipyard probabilities to better match core shipyard probabilities. For example Hognose preachers were casted with cumulative trader weight of 2. Core game has the total cumulative trader weight of 6.125, so that means quite a few preachers and that much less actual traders. I lowered the probability to 0.5. Be also prepared to meet Wolf Mark II occasionally as assassin or hunter.

If this is of interest, here are the tweaks as a handy OXZ: https://app.box.com/s/ohvodp9wl57cu5923n4zdj40n1r2tesl. For this to do anything, you need to have at least one of the Griff's extra ships installed.

Cool! I already have the Ophidian and Hognose - and the Wolf Mk II is regularly causing me grief.
The Hognose needed adjusting - too much loitering in front of the docking slot. Thanks!
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

hmmh, do you mind if I use them for noshaders as well?
Sure, go ahead if you find them useful. With the buoy, note that Cmdr Cheyd is quite restrictive with the license.

Hmmh, I'll have a look, if it's mixable with cc-sa. If not I see if I can distribute it seprately.

I've been seeing Cobra MK I's in the assassin role, and I don't think they should be - can you check?

Cobra MK I can appear as assassin-light. Maybe that's what you're seeing.

Okay, as light assassins (I see it now in the core shipdata.plist) - but they ain't up to the job.
Like lambs to the slaughter, they are, if sent after an Elite commander in an iron-assed ship!

Exactly. But with some luck they fire an ECM hardened missile when dying.

Maybe they belong to a secret society with a Kamikaze tradition?

Perhaps. But crashing into them at full speed does less damage to my Python than a missile...
