Military fuel injectors oxp?

The description of this OXP is so short and vague, I can't tell what they do? Just what is "reclaimed?" Does anybody know the details?

Unburnt fuel from the exhaust - basically you get a little fuel back every so often when they are in use. So the overall consumption is less, as they're more finely tuned.
