Elite keys

It looks nice, but isn't really playable without the old-skool key mapping. Please please please fix this! s, x, comma & dot, space & slash... you know the coo.

And OS X version has an extra keymap list you can replace, not sure about the the ports....

ooh crap - whoops a daisy. My dial-up's prone to freeze - I hit "Submit" 3x 'cuz it didn't respond. Lame. Soz.

Thanx 4 the keyguide - although I want to use the proper Elite controls - as per the Cobra III astrogation console. Cursor keys & joysticks just don't cut it. Considering all the work that's been done this seems an unfortunate omission, but no doubt it'll get fixed eventually.

I should've explained this a bit better...

In the OSX version, there is a map 'extras' where there should be a keymap w/ the original BBC keymaps. IIRC there's a readmefile too, but I think you just have to put it in the map AddOns. Otherwise there is a program (OSX only, IIRC) that lets you go throug the keys, for setting them up as you like in the same 'Extras' map.

I'm not sure it is in Linux, Windows BSD ports, though.

Somebody else knows?
