OO-Haul Mission failure and banning???

Hi Commanders!

I docked ones at Con store and been offered an OO-Haul mission during which I accidentally pressed tab and detonated an energy bomb destroying the oo-haul carrier. Since then I never was offered that mission again at any of the con stores. What are the rules that will allow not banning me for ether if mission was failed? May be that accident mixed up the values for mission variables in the save file?
