Ironman as OXP

Post by mossfoot »

Minecraft has an interesting way to run Ironman (Hardcore). Basically you save whenever you leave the game, and when you die the save file is automatically deleted. Sure you can play on honor, but deep down we all call "bullshit" and create excuses why that death didn't count ;)

However, if an OXP was created for something like this, I was thinking rather than just deleting it could also create a file giving your final stats: Starting difficulty, ships, kills, money, awards unlocked, missions completed, etc... Something to easily compare with others.

A couple of years ago I created something like that. In the limits of what oxps can do anyway.
