Starchart dump causes crash

G'day all, this one probably needs to go Winston's way...

While attempting to dump a starchart, I encountered the following error :-

./oolite: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/Oolite/oolite-deps/GNUstep/System/Library/Bundles/libgnustep-back-010.bundle/./libgnustep-back-010: undefined symbol: FTC_Manager_Lookup_Size

Erk. It looks like Oolite died with an error. When making an error
report, please copy + paste the log above into the report.
Looks like a GNUstep issue, rather than a problem with the linux oolite codebase. Oh, would it be possible to also have these go to the oolite-saves directory if Oolite is installed system wide?
