Probably somewhere over the Atlantic ocean, apparently. And it was only the size of a small car, so the explosion was only in the 500-1000 tons of TNT range. For some sense of scale, the yield of the Hiroshima bomb was somewhere between 13,000 and 18,000 tons, so - although this "was no Chelyabinsk" (estimated explosive yield: 500,000 tons of TNT) - it could still have spoiled your day if you were near it ...
