approaching 60???? Been there , done that, heading for 63 on halloween. At least, I still have my wits, hair and teeth... how do I get rid of that D**N pouch that is keeping my lap warm? No, I will not give up my beers.

Got all that and my health, and approaching 70. Attribute that to good genes (Grandpappy and pappy lived to 90+) mostly. I am vegan by choice, but not because I think it's healthier or will allow me to live longer.

Although not in you guys ballpark (just snuck past 53 a month ago today) I've found the solution to becoming grumpy is to get more militant and radical instead..

Conda Drivers age twice as fast as the rest of us... you are getting on in experience years but yes you can still touch your toes without creaking which is what whippersnappers do. But be warned accelerated aging comes with hair loss, vision loss, memory loss, gummers instead of dentures and frequent trip to the head at most inopportune times.

Still got hair (which perversely I shave off) and can still touch my toes, but lost far too many teeth and my marbles! Still a couple of years the 'right' side of 60, and most of the time not too grumpy.
