This probably is remarkably simple, but I am going to ask it anyway.
I have a deadly rating with 2000 some kills. The other day, some stars appeared around the word 'deadly' on screen five. Besides being pleased with the snazzy militaristic decor, I was puzzled. Do these stars mean I got a certain number of kills, being a sort of sub-rating, like stripes on the belts of martial artists? Do more show up? What is the scoop?

The stars go with the two highest combat ratings, thus:

I thought that you needed 2560 kills to get a deadly combat rating !
