Ship auction.

Like the auctions in New Cargo OXP, i think it would be a great idea for someone to introduce a Ship Auction with the possibilty of buying new ships or second hand ones by auction process at various stations. It take a long while for new players to the game to be able to afford new ships, especially if you want to trade and are limited to the 35tn cargo on a cobra MkIII.
