Good Places to go ?

Tips on good hi tech planets ? how high does the rating go ? is 15 the limit ? .. just spent a while battling to Xevera.. where are those elusive cloaking devices hiding eh ?
Havent had so much fun in ages

Yup, 15 is the highlest TL available.
As for the cloaking device, it's a reward for completing a mission in galaxy 4 IIRC... don't want to post any spoilers, but you could find it on these forums with a quick search.

IMHO, FWIW and AFAIK, IIRC is in common usage. OTOH it could be classed as obfuscating cant. BWTH. IANAL!

Tionisla is a nice place to visit, the souvenirshoppe has got these snowglobes with a tiny spiral galaxy in it and when you shake it, it releases a piney scent.
