Originally designed for a three-month mission on the surface of Mars, the remarkable Opportunity rover is now moving into its tenth year of exploration.
Commander Smivs, the friendliest Gourd this side of Riedquat.

That little rover has certainly earned it's place in a future Museum Of History on Mars. Just goes to show that if something is as well built as this was, it will run and run way beyond the mission objectives. A real credit to it's design team 8)
