There's a good chance that some of the Mac owning Oolite players are infected!

Follow the links. It's from a press release from a Russian anti-virus vendor (that I've never heard of). They say it relates to a Flash / JavaScript / Java vulnerability (whatever) that Apple released a patch for 2 days ago.
The anti-virus vendor's 'free' fixit product only costs 1 Euro but note they have an invalid security certificate on their web site. And it only runs on MS Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008/7.
This is the Apple patch: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5228 "Java for OS X Lion 2012-001 and Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 7" which looks like a Java problem, not a Mac problem to me.
I do wish the BBC would stop publishing marketing press releases as "news".
The Register also mentions the patch: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2012/04/04 ... va_update/
