Galactic Navy OXP problems

Post by Johnny2Bad »

Hi fellow commanders,
I am running Oolite on windows (version 1.76.0.4679) and am having difficulties starting the OXP off. I have installed the galactic navy 5.4.3 OXP and the behemoth 2.6 OXP but when I go to a planet flagged as being a home of a sector command docking bay I cannot find them.

Does anybody have any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

Thanking you in advance,
Jonathan.

If you have the Space compass set it to 'S' to find the station. It is usually on the other side of the planet of the main station. But you could also check the log for errors. If you find errors post them here and we can see what is going on and point you in the right direction.

And Welcome To The Friendliest Forum This Side Of Riedquat :D

And when your advanced space compass was lost in battle, you can also find the station by first heading 2/3 towards the sun and than directly to the planet. You should find it than as it always lies on the line planet<->sun.

I've opened a thread HERE , regarding a display quirk in the Wiki... now I see exactly the same issue in the forum also, within quote above (star character not displaying properly). :?

Any hints ?

EDIT: issue SOLVED. :D See thread mentioned above.
