Best of luck with the release S9. These are beautiful.
And yes at 27.3Mb it is quite large! Lots of big detailed textures.
As some of you may be aware I played a small part in this project, and took this while 'testing' the Police variant. Shooting the station was not wise as they sent three after me!

Take an idea from one person and twist or modify it in a different way as a return suggestion so another person can see a part of it that can apply to the oxp they are working on.
Staer9 and Smivs, I had a chance to actually playtest the new chopped cobra and I have to say you have really raised the bar for nonshader computers. Also the chopped cobra I was flying is a good luck charm in that it highlighted an obscure bug that nobody found in my numeric hud. Go figure. That ship is a keeper!

There have been several improvements to this OXP. The ships now have a nice gun sub-entity courtesy of Griff, and I have added to the Enforcer variant with some civilian versions. There are Hunter/Trader and Pirate NPCs and a player buyable version. These are collectively known as the Cobra S9.
With Staer9's blessing I have tidied-up the shipdata.plist and have tweaked the textures to reduce the file sizes. The whole OXP now comes in at just under 10MB...it was previously over 27MB!
