Hi Griff.
I do appear to have lost the original turrets-on-the-side boa, pictured on your 'it's not just for triangles anymore' pictures, during one of those tidy-up-the-computer moments.
could you direct me to where i might find it again?
many thanks.

hi Yodeebe, you can find the turret boa here: http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/Griff_Boa
The oxp now needs oolite 1.74 to work properly (the player version now has randomly choosen paint colours that only oolite 1.74 is able to remember and re-apply to the ship when you take it out for a trip)
announcement thread for the oxp is here

excellent, thanks.:D
1.74 is good.
no, 1.74 is gobsmacking!
where in wales are you? (roughly)
i picture you half way up a mountain with a big satalite dish on top of your hut, & some nutty huge hand built computer, with wires everywhere.

and a cat.

that talks.

actually, don't tell me, you'll spoil the illusion.

I live near Aberaeron, lots of sheep and cows for neighbours but sadly no pubs for miles :(

No driving back drunk! & I suspect not many sheep or cows are happy to be designated drivers...

I'm trying to train a trumble, it tries its best, but it's a bit too short to reach the clutch pedal, the gear changes really make me wince, and the amount of bar snacks it gets through is really bankrupting me

I'm sure I saw a couple of Trumbles in a car the other day. They are white with black spots and sort of cube-shaped, aren't they?

A multiplication of trumbles? A malthus?

And by the way, can I just say that I would pay real actual folding money for a T-shirt with

on it? And/or a Cobra III, or an Asp, or ...

Griff REALLY REALLY TOP WORK !!! :D

After you've done this set you should design your own custom built ship set with your own unique designs.

:D A_C's amazing screenshotting skills really make this stuff look a lot better than it is though, that moody set of constrictor shots he posted recently really do look awesome, must take ages to get the light falling on the ship just so, especially since the constrictor must have been going ape at the time trying to blast him :D

What, like this?

No T-shirt, but I’m sure Giles could be persuaded.

That's the sort of thing, yes, but specifically using the glowing pretend-wire-frames of Griff's ships on a black background. In fact, if you got a Griff Cobra III, done in this green glowing outline format and nicely posed, I'd say you'd have your new Oolite logo done and dusted ...
