I hear you there, Cap. I'm trying to put together a simple mission type oxp, and am so far falling on my face. I CAN'T stop making the ships, though. Dang if it isn't addictive. I just love it. I've basically stopped offering up any of my newer endeavours, simply because I would start flooding the market. I'm really into Flashers, and ball turrets at this time. The old timers are probably laughing at us behind our backs, but I can't help it.CaptSolo wrote:I have three models unfinished, but two may never be completed. This is the Scimitar, a ship smaller and faster than the standard Cobra Mark III, with a smaller hold but quite a fast ship. Energy stats are the same as the Cobby. Post release I intend to concentrate my efforst on producing at least one mission OXP and so ends my feeble attempt at ship making.

Interesting. I hadn't even heard of Jack Frake until I saw this post, and did a search. Are they good books?Fatleaf wrote:Call it Jack for short!mandoman wrote:Here's another in development stage, called the SparrowHawk.
I was referring to this Jack! Never heard of the other Jack!mandoman wrote:Interesting. I hadn't even heard of Jack Frake until I saw this post, and did a search. Are they good books?Fatleaf wrote:Call it Jack for short!mandoman wrote:Here's another in development stage, called the SparrowHawk.
Making an NPC ship carry only one type of cargo requires only a shipdata entry.Killer Wolf wrote:is there an AI that could make it stagger drunkenly down the spacelanes? or make it ONLY carry liquor!
LOL!!! I never thought about him. Excellent actor, and what a cool series of movies, eh?Fatleaf wrote:I was referring to this Jack! Never heard of the other Jack!
Greebling is a new one on me. Was just checking on that. Industrial Light and Magic referred to it as, "guts on the outside". The model is symmetrical. I think what you see may be caused by local illumination.Wildeblood wrote:Regarding the scimitar, I think it would benefit greatly from highly-detailed greebling in the valleys behind the cockpit. And looking at the same area, is the model symmetrical - there appears to be one more line on the port side than the starboard?
