Its not scoopable because the scanClass is not correctly set. You write:
but it must be:
scanClass is an inconsistent spelling so for 1.74 both spellings are allowed. But, for an oxp that also should run on 1.73, you must stick to the old inconsistent spelling.

Well spotted Eric!
We're slowly getting some more consistency into Oolite, but it's a bit of a topsy turvy Ooniverse out there...

Thanks Dizzy, just downloaded it.
One comment, the installation readme doesn't include instructions for the decals. Griff, I think that you need to add a paragraph about that for newbies.

Thanks for hosting the updated oxp, Diz!

some amazing awesomeness i discovered about trunk the other day - Ahruman's made it possible for random paint colours to be generated for player ships
, i haven't added it into the oxp yet but i probably will when trunk becomes the test release, you can try it out though by copying the random paint colour lines from the npc ships into the player ones in the shipdata.plist,
eg for the player adder, change the line
Code: Select all
PaintColor1 = { type = vector; value = "0.0 0.0 0.0"; };
from the player adder ship to:
Code: Select all
PaintColor1 = {type = "randomUnitVector"; scale = 0.25;};
(as seen in the adder NPC ship)
now you'll get different coloured adders in the ship yard and when you find one you like, oolite will remember the colour and reapply it whenever you go for a spin!

Well that is seriously awesome!
I've decided! It is definite! I'll polish off the neolite collection, then focus on getting griff-esque designs for the expansion packs.

Speaking of the Barrel, it's missing from the pics of the first page of this thread...
Just thought i'd mention it, as I thought it wasnt included in the all-in-one, but it is

I didn't think they were exciting enough to get their own photo!
I might have another go at the cannisters, the lines that i've drawn on them to suggest some sort of lid and locking mechanism are a bit rubbish, i've just done a quick image search using google and found some really neat kitchen flour tins and some sort of dried coffee powder tin that would make really great cargo pods, plus now that Ahruman's has implemented cubemapping the shader could have a proper reflective tin can style surface instead of the hacked together 'enviroment map' bodge they've got at the moment

As requested in
this thread, I've made a Griff version of Illicit Unlock.
Contains player versions of:
Gecko (Both normal and Sharktooth)
Krait
Mamba
Sidewinder
Viper
Viper Interceptor
Viper Pursuit
Was too lazy to set camera view positions.
(its the same in the original Illicit Unlock)

Thanks Griff.
Downloads from Box.net seem to be very slow today... not just Griff's files, anything from Box.
Anybody else had the same problem?

So only Boa Mk 1 and Constrictor to go for the main ship set (not including asteroids/alloy/stations/etc)
Good to see the entire set finally comming into being.
BTW in aphabetical order, I'm pretty sure B comes before C, not the other way around, might want to edit the order on the 1st page
