That's a rather vocal vow of silence.

Why 1/12th? Why not 1/10th, i.e.?
Just an expression of the margin of error in this matter.
Aha, I understand!

I wonder if Space Simulators can be used as education?

Then again, I've heard asteroid mining is more trouble than its worth.

Maybe we should stick games based education to things like medicine, flight, and maybe building.
Educational mesage : "If it moves shoot it! If it is cute and fluffy, shoot it more!"
(same as in TR, the almost only other game I play)

"Im like a stepping razor, Dont you watch my size, I'm dangerous!"

Ha! finally no more competence around.

With no witchdrive fuel I never had a chance to get the Constrictor.

To have more witchfuel left when arriving at Orrara, I planned to detour to nearby planets, but that day I would always die in those systems.
Now, yesterday, suddenly no problem. Getting the constrictor first time, with enough fuel in the tank.

What does the Naval Energy Unit do, btw. ?
I was hoping it meant replacing the main thrust and the Python being a bit faster, but it still seems all slow to me. :?
I do not have any comparison with the normal Python energy recharge rate, shield going-down or rebuilding to compare with.

With China threatening to stop all export of rare earth metals in a couple of years, it might be time to reassess that position very very fast

I wonder how long pointless one-liners, that add no content, will keep this thread going?

The fact that, before your pointless one-liner resuscitated it, the thread had already been clinically dead for two days, might be telling in this regard... 8)

I for one can't help to point out the fact that you pointed out a fact that was pointless to begin with!

Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied
