If the player jumps out of a firefight, should a locked-on hardhead be able to follow the player through their wormhole? Is that possible?
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

The player spends hours or even days in witchspace ... what will happen to the missile in that time?

I think that if a missile does enter witchspace by accident, that should be the end of it - just lost in witchspace never to be seen again.
Flying a Cobra Mk I Cobbie 3 with nothing but Explorers Club.OXP and a beam laser 4 proper lasers for company :D

Very good point (although some would say that no time passes in the tube)! It'd be quite entertaining though!

A missile that passes through a wormhole loses target and then self-destructs after it comes out the other side of the wormhole.
