This ship looks awesome...
...must have it...grabbing... now...
EDIT: Please excuse this probably stupid question, but where can I get it?

@ GGShinobi - Hi, you can grab the oxp from here
https://www.box.com/shared/rpkms25cc9 , it's called Griff_Wolf_MkII_V1.01.oxp you can find it easier if you set the list to be sorted by date with the newest files at the top, it'll be the second ship in the list
I've reduced most of the 'grime' in the texture and spec maps from my Elite 2 'Bug' remake and re-uploaded the oxp, just trying to brigten it up a bit more as this ship doesn't seem to catch the light very well in game as it's not much more than a few orange sgements stuck together in shape

It's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen ...

forgot about that, Thargoid's sent me a fixed version of the script ages ago! i'll sort it out today
edit: should be done now, i'm a bit confused though, the 'cobraIII with subent missiles OXP', is this just a shipdata.plist and a script .js file or have i broken the upload somehow and lost all the models and textures? - i had to go to box to download it as i can't find it anywhere on my hard disk

Thanks, Griff. Yeah, just the two folders is all I have.

looking at script file out of interest and noticed at line 19:
if (this.ship.missiles.lenght > 0) this.ship.awardEquipment("EQ_MISSILE_REMOVAL"); // remove all spawning missiles and restock with selected ones.
not sure if 'lenght' should be length?

good spot DGill!
I've changed that line to 'length' and re-uploaded the oxp
edit: and the same script was in the highpoly 'alternative mode' cobra III oxp too, fixed and re-uploaded that too

Theres a comment on Box for this OXP:
Griff on Box - dated March 2011 wrote:an OXP for Oolite 1.75 and Higher, requires the griff missile oxp & the griff shipset all-in-1 bundle to work. Uses scripts and programming wizzadry by Thargoid to add a type of cobraIII with external subentity missiles!
This comment seems to suggest that you haven't lost the models and textures, you need the Griff Missile OXP. EDIT: You probably need to update the Readme in the Cobra OXP to reflect the requirements.
One question about that though, the Missile OXP only has a model for standard missiles, and not the ECM Hardened missiles. Is this still to come?

I think the missiles stuff was bundled into the all-in-one OXP.

Very metal-like shininess on this metal plate, good job!

Had yet another go at texturing the Fer-De-Lance, third attempt at it now! Decided not to bother remodelling it, instead i just retextured the original model i made yonks ago and added a few extra polygon bevels near the exhaust to make it a bit smoother looking
It's available at my box.net site, file name is
griff_ferdelance_new2013.zip and will work alongside the other two fer-de-lance attempts in my shipset (Ie it won't overwrite any files or anything)
