Mmm.. I'll think about it - I did say
"Other prizes may be awarded at the Judges discretion."

Yup, I read your comment at Oosat2. Please, download the new version - you should see the ship amongst pirates much more rarely now!
As an aside, I'm waiting for other submissions here... There are some ship makers here who should produce very interesting ships, indeed!

I've got a Cobra on the drawing boards, should have it up by the end of August.

I'm in a muddle, to say the least. My 'entry' looks nothing like a cobra. Never mind. It's still cool. Wolfwood, boy were you right. XaanderKyyp shipyards does not do 'mainstream'. We do it We1rd. Look for the first ship, the failed compatition entry, soon.

My entry, the Cobra III NjX, has just gone live.

Lemme know what you think. I didn't go for smoothing on this model because I think the angular faces make it look much nicer - I previewed it smoothed in Wings before deciding.
For once I've playtested it, and it seems to be quite nicely balanced.

Very nice!
I agree, the angular facings make it look much nicer, even a little menacing... which considering
MY NjX's intended role, is entirely appropriate.
I did notice a small problem with the shipyard.plist though... Your entry for the ex-military specced model (the red one) is incorrect. It actually refers to the blue one again.
Am I the only person here who immediately reads through the shipdata/shipyard files as soon as they install an OXP?

I don’t do that, but I do open all models in Dry Dock. :-)

I actually do that _before_ I install an OXP.
More entries to the competition, people! We need more entries!

Great Scott, you're right! My leet proofreading skillz are once again in doubt!
I'll fix it up and post a new package.
Incidentally, I've been getting loads of positive comments, but the voting is giving me a low score! What gives, people??

We just like to screw with your mind, that's all
Probably just a case of not too many people voting, I guess...
c'mon people, excercise your voting-rights!
