For those not in-the-know:
BOFH = Bastard operator from hell.
PEBCAC = Problem exists between chair and computer.
LART = Loser attitude readjustment tools
STFUARTFM = Shut the f**k up and RTFM
and
P45 = Much more free time to play Oolite!

My other favorite ones are after fixing a luser's machine - 'It was an NPI error' or in some cases 'a PIW error'
NPI error = Not Plugged In
PIW error = Plugged In Wrong

Also, remember to instruct lusers to remove all wires, blow off any dust and plug ’em back in.
