Since Lestradae decided to leave , I wonder about the Famous Planets.oxp - he hosted it and the links are no longer working already.
At first, I thought it would add HD-textures in the standard version already and not only as an extra, so I didn't download it... :/
I assume you got copies somewhere - would you upload them, maybe temporary (mediafire or so) at first?
I would host them on "my" server, but I don't have the files and it's not my own server, so I would have to ask for it first anyway...
Edit: Now that I think of it, maybe I should get free webspace again and start a OXP site / mirror... frihost.com offers 250MB, but as far as I remember, I got 500MB there.

Yep, I reckon reports on L's (& LB's) leaving were slightly exaggerated.
Back to Famous Planets: I've got a 309 Megabyte Famous_Planets_v1.95Beta.oxp.zip file and I could FTP that to you, if needed.
However, it's not the latest version, and - more importantly - I just had a look at http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/Famous_Planets_2.0.OXP , and the download link for 2.0 seems to be working OK.
Maybe the reports of FP's death were slightly exaggerated too?

Hey, free OXPs: farsun v1.05 & tty v0.5! :0)
Ah, so Lestradae stays, too Nice. Got it wrong, then...
...like the thing with the OXP turns out it IS quite heavy on computers, but only the 2.0. Why do both versions have own sites without connections to each other anyway?
If 1.1 is a "light" OXP suitable for weaker systems, I'd still need it rather than the 2.0 since I have a GMA 950. :/

I say old boy, you might want to edit your post and take that comma out the end of the URL... just spent an absolutely spiffing ten minutes trying to figure out why your link "failed" when I tried it. Must dash, got to go orf and polish off a few of the old hun, what!Kaks wrote:Yep, I reckon reports on L's (& LB's) leaving were slightly exaggerated.

Hi!
I should delete the WIKI pages of FP1 when I have the time. Or at least the links. Also the newest version is under my post. See the FP2 banner under this post.
