being able to import your own music in ogg.vorbis format

Post by parazaine »

I realise that there is currently an oxp allowing for this 'Hyperradio' but it would be nice if there was an option to import/change the default music in the game (I have edited the files to play my own intro track instead of the default) and perhaps some sort of contributors competition etc to show off players musical talents (im NOT suggesting importing britney spears but original player-generated music)

Oolite also has Itunes integration if you want.

I wouldn't know, never played any of the ports.
Maybe you're right.
I think, though, that you can just open up the game files and find the sound, replace a few clips... maybe..

Yes, the iTunes-integration is Mac-only. (That's one of the reasons why Hyperradio was created in the first place.) :)
