Biggest news: Player Stations, first time in Oolite as far as I know of.

EDIT: Whoever downloaded the OSE WiP V0.65 already please re-download V0.66
Due to a typo you would not be able to actually visit your player stations under V0.65 - but it all works as intended now with OSE V0.66!
