Getting rich by starting new games.

The new feature in 1.73 of starting a new game in mid-flight, instead of being killed first has a bug. Every time I reload an old game the cargo content is added to that of the ship I quitted with. This goes over the maximum capacity of ships. Only ton cargo is affected, not the grs/kgrs stuff.

Fixed in SVN2238. There was no explicit empty cargo request on player set up.
