Empire Magazine at 20 years old - spot the films

Post by Thargoid »

Just to live up to my evil reputation, allow me to present this little celebration of Empire Magazine at 20. See how many of the 50 movies in the picture you can correctly click and name...

I'm currently on 36 and a bit stuck.

Odd, works fine for me (under IE6).

Will test on Firefox when I get home at the weekend.

It only works with IE.. well, unless you install the IE Tab Addon in Firefox, like I have.. then, one click of the mouse will render the page with IE's engine, within a FF tab.. very useful sometimes for those obnoxious sites that only work with IE.

Now, if only it worked with Linux FF...
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

Well Empire magazine can go swing then - if it isn't written to work in all mature browsers then it can go to hell!

The annoying thing is I did try that film before, and it rejected it  Maybe I spelt it wrong or something, but bloody irritating.

Anyway all done now. Will ROT13 a full list when I get time.
