Super Scanner Targeting Enhancement

It seems that somewhere exist a Scanner Targeting Enhancement with unlimited range

No matter how hard I tried I cannot reproduce that bug and no backtrace information.
Oh boy I love those kinds of bugs :lol:

Have you never seen it before?. I see it once in a while in all Oolite versions. Even with 1.65 it sometimes happened. Sometimes a target does not send a target_lost signal to the player.
