@Lestradae

All I get from running the current versions is:

Code: Select all

simon@indigo-prime:oolite.app$ ls
crashdump.txt  http+_www.apple.com_DTDs_PropertyList-1.0.dtd  oolite  Resources
simon@indigo-prime:oolite.app$ ./oolito
bash: ./oolito: No such file or directory
simon@indigo-prime:oolite.app$ ./oolite
.:3: validity error : Validation failed: no DTD found !
<plist version="1.0">
It is possible that the packets on the webpage are older - so I'll upload these ones tonight NZDT.

The affected OXPs are wakapiko and wakatoro. Note that the wakapiko oxp now contains the Rau-rua or "Blade II" craft.

Hi Simon,

I'll download & have a look tomorrow and report if I still find anything or if it works fine.

Looking forwards to those ships and your neoships, too.

Cheers 8)

@Simon,

Your designs look very good. Like I said before I think they need and deserve a Wiki page for them. :D

Do those work with Oolite 1.75? Are they on the Wiki?

Yes, I'm flying the Ururoa, which has the same specs as the Cobra 3. There are some pictures here:

And no, they aren't on the wiki.

EDIT: Download from Simon's main page, Capt. Murphy cites below, not from the page with pictures.

Apologies for the thread-dredging but does anyone have pictures (or link to same) for any of these ships?
They never made it to the wiki AFAIK.

There's a little bit in the Re2dux thread (when Simon B redesigned a couple) but some of the old links seem to be down now.

I remember some of them and the later reworkings were particularly good I thought.
Would be nice to see them in game again...

There are two collections of SB's ships on Guide to Unlisted OXPs in the wiki. See collections towards the bottom of the page.
