Just an idea:
I wish I was able to get involved in the confliburations of the programming department, but it ain't going to happen fast i'm afraid, so I was thinking that a fleet of the less compuliterate commanders could maybe do a simultaneous mission of filling all the 'stubs' in the wiki, when it's fixed.
Presumeable a search for 'stub' should list them all.
A fleet of wiki reporters?

Probabley about half the Ships entries are stubbs and writting some back stories for the ships as well as adding stat boxs would be a good place to start de-stubbing. 
Alot of the older oxps also lack Wikki pages, so checking the OXP page and adding some descriptive pages would be really usefull. Well, when its back up again anyway.
