Anti-Missile System OXP

I would like to introduce the latest offering from the ships weaponry department of the Aquarian Shipbuilding Corporation, the Anti-Missile System - now bundled as part of Armoury.oxp.

This is designed as an extension of Eric's Missile Analyser (whose installation this needs), and is a replenishable launcher of up to 6 ballistic darts. These automatically fire off when a non-standard missile is detected, and attempt to intercept and destroy it. It is not always successful (especially at point-blank range), but should balance up some of the fast ECM-immune missiles which are out there.

It also includes the option to resell the launcher plus any remaining darts.

Nice one Thargoid, just one thing though if they react to non-standard, does this include normal hard hats, or are they also classified as standard.

Same as the Missile Analyser, so hardheads are reacted to. Only "pure" standard missiles (ie the ones that always succumb to ECM) are ignored as "safe" to leave for the E button.

Now updated for 1.73 compatibility.

I've deliberately left the functionality as it is and not included auto-ECM or things like that, will leave that to other people and other versions elsewhere ;)
