The size of miniature planet in planet's info screen represents the real size of the planet (that is good) but in some occasions when the planet is too big a part of it is off screen. Try to see Aanbiat in galaxy 1 in planets’ info screen.
It is not a big deal just mentioned it

Do you have your screen in wide-screen mode? I noticed that this only occurs as the aspect ration tends towards widescreen.
The glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Yes i am playing oolite in a 22" widescreen monitor with 1680 x 1050 resolution
