I wanted to say basically the same. You have to stay long enough in the non-comfort zone to kill the trumbles, and you will note how they do.

The trick is not to get fried yourself before they do. A heat shield helps.

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but by definition you would think that a heat shield would also reduce the effect of Trumble cooking.

Basically the heat shield allows you to stay in the danger zone for a longer time. So it just reduces the speed of temperature rise. Which I think is pretty realistic. You do heat up with the shielding, but slower. In the end, and if you stay close enough to the sun for long enough, your shields will be blown and you die the same death as without heat shields.
