How do i dock

Anyone know how to dock a ship WITHOUT a docking computer?

Head towards the Nav bouy that's a little way in front of the entrance to the station. when you get up close to it, stop your craft and turn yourself towards the station.
Aim straight at the station entrance and slam the throttle down. When you start getting close, reduce speed to around half way.
line your cross hairs up with the yellow flashing lights at the back of the entrance.
When you're very close, start tapping the roll key to match the rolling of the station. Be aware, you may need to tap up or down to stay on target.
Cross your fingers. (not the ones you're using on the keyboard though)
