In the hope that this perhaps make a sticky some day, i would like this thread to become something telling ohters of your day, where you might experience a sort of "dejavu".
By this i think of Common events, that happens time and time again.
Like this:
I was writing a javascript, and i got a bug, i could´nt trace it as was codewise perfectly sound,i looked at the code for hours, did a little adjustment there, and a little adjustment there, but nothing helped.
went away for a good 4 hours looked at it again, and bingo i saw the problem immediately..
thats would be cool, if not, i wish i had stepped away for those hours, before i started using a couple of hours tracing it, and this was not the first time i have done that...
Do you know that feeling
If you like, tell us of your "dejavus"
Do you know how this is...

You failed to read my post correctly, hence the citation marks encapsuling "dejavu", it was meant as something that happens to you often, not that real feeling you get, when you cant put your finger on where you experienced this before.Wolfwood wrote:That's not really a deja vu... Deja vu is something that you feel that you've seen or experienced before, but cannot say when or where, or if you actually have - just a feeling "this has happened before".
Example: lets presume there is a brick/stone outside your home, that for some reason, you often stumple upon(not falling), despite you knowing it is there...

Happens all the time to me. The funniest part is that I am perfectly aware that the best way to solve the problem is to walk away from it for a while, but I stubbornly stay there and try and try until physical needs like sleep etc. kick in and force me to interrupt the work. Of course, everything gets solved within minutes on the next session. Meh.
