Game freezes at certain planets.

I have 1.71.1 running on Windows XP.

Sometimes when I enter a new system, the game will freeze. This will happen anytime from entering the system, right up to nearing the station.

As a test I have taken out ALL oxp's and started a new game.

These game freezes seem to happen at more planets than others, Leesti being the worst.
Vertually every time I go to Leesti the game will freeze. This will happen no matter what is going on in the system. The game will freeze even if I avoid all other ships and just fly straight the the planet.

This may be down to my graphics card but I thought I'd post my error file content anyway.
If this is a graphics card issue then I'll have to uninstall the game and play on a better laptop once we get one.
Will Oolite run on Vista?

Make sure you are running no other processes in the background. Temporarily deactivate virus scanners or anything else you might think that interferes with the game. Also, if possible, try the Leesti test on another computer. My guess is that it won't crash.

But frankly, the video card is the primary suspect here. I mean, we would have already seen many crash reports by now, had there been a problem with the game when visiting Leesti.

As for Vista, Oolite runs quite happily on it. Just make sure you have the latest graphics card drivers installed.
