Arrow with paper next to thread subject question

Post by bulrush »

I thought if I clicked the "arrow with piece of paper" icon to the left of the thread subject, it would take me to the next unread message in that thread. Well it doesn't.

What does this icon really do?

Is there a way to jump directly to the oldest unread message in a thread?

Using Firefox 2.0 on win xp.
System: Gateway GT5056, AMD dual CPU, Nvidia Geforce 8600 (unknown subtype), Win XP, 1GB RAM, color LCD monitor

It does, except when it doesn’t. In conclusion, phpBB sucks.

It always works for me. 4 forums and counting, and not once has the icon forsaken me...

Sometimes if a topic is image heavy and you scroll a bit before it's all loaded it will lose your place.
