At last, something us Brits are good at, we get so used to being stuffed at soccer, cricket and rugby (games we invented!), at least we can now hold our heads up with the Track Cycling World Championships.
9 gold medals and 2 silvers from 18 events, we are as Tina Turner would say, "simply the best".

We rarely get the chance to be proud in sports these days so humour us please
