speedometer and target speed

Hi Oolite developers!

I would wish a speedometer for my HUD, perhaps the speed displayed over the normal speed bar. The sppedbar in background and the speed displayd in foreground.

And at the target speed could also be displayed under the target distance.

I still would have to think what this would be useful for. (Apart from making it painfully obvious that speeds and distances in the Ooniverse are just plainly ridiculous, of course. And I personally don't want to be reminded too much of that.)

Anyway, apart from your suggestion itself and just as a friendly general advice: Are you aware that there is not only this general Discussion-section here on the board, but some other sections as well? And there is a reason for that. So a suggestion like this would be better posted to the ... äh ... Suggestion Box-section, wouldn't it? Same goes for your question concerning UPS-Courier, which is an OXP = an Expansion Pack. So the question should be posted in the Expansion Pack-section. And should you come across a bug while playing, don't post it here, but in the Testing and Bug reports-section.

Not for us ordinary mortals. You need god-like superpowers to do so (or at least administrator-status (so just wait for Ahruman to do it)).
