Folks,
Due to the quasi-reciprocal nature of time travel I've managed to make a plotting mistake in an early chapter of Mutabilis and it needs a minor re-write in order to alter a couple of details, or I'll write myself into a corner.
Chapters affected are 1 and 5, so I'm going to edit them.
Apologies for this. I thought I had the plot squared off and I've just uncovered a loophole of sort!
Will post when changes are made. Chapter Six is imminent, hopefully late next week before I go on hols for a bit.
Cheers,
Drew.

No worries. Tolkien spent twelve years rewriting the Lord of the Rings!
You know those who, having been mugged and stabbed, fired, dog run over, house burned down, wife eloped with best friend, daughters becoming prostitutes and their countries invaded - still say that "all is well"?
I'm obviously not one of them.

And he and C.S. Lewis used to tear strips out of each others' manuscripts!Cmdr. Maegil wrote:No worries. Tolkien spent twelve years rewriting the Lord of the Rings!

I wonder if the end results have something to do with what they did with the said stripes. Anachronisms apart, it kind of sounds like a BobMarleyism...Captain Hesperus wrote:And he and C.S.
