Nah. Less than 99.61% of the time, if you only allowed that one in the relevant galaxy. Of course, this assumes an even probability distribution; I’d say planets towards the middle (at least, not near an edge), away from cul de sacs, and near missions (and of course near Lave) are more likely to have the player in them. And of course there’s the whole bottom-left corner of galaxy 7, although of course it’s galaxy 1 on the picture.

Or, then again, it might in fact be a joke. :-)

It's supposed to be a joke. A question mark could turn it into an ad for the Advanced Navigational Array though.

It's definitely not advisable to navigate from AD-X ads

I just picked a random one where the arrow could fit nicely. But I looked it up now. It's Xequerin in Galaxy 1 - a communist system. The commies make their own Neuropol copies of the AD-X screen, but those are used for propaganda purposes only.
