Anomaly in Galaxy 8

Post by davcefai »

I am currently in Galaxy 8 and have noticed that there are TWO planets named Inzaan!

Moreover the planet list for galaxy 8:

http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/Oolite ... t/Galaxy_8

actually lists both.

Are there any other occurrences of dual planets in the game?

This is true. G8 also has another Biorle (G1), is home to the (in)famous planet Rear (number 229) 'TL: 9, Large Red Bug-Eyed Frogs, Feudal, The planet Rear is scourged by a evil disease.' (I'd hate to get a souvenir from there!), there's also aTeat (No. 87), a Tile (No. 167), a Rain (No. 164) and an Inceisa (incisor?)

Queer, huh?

Aw.

I was hoping there was an _Anomaly_ in Galaxy 8, in a Star Trek way.
You came in that? You're braver than I thought!

We'll just need to emit an inverse tachyon beam from the forward deflector array. Like sticking a cork in a bottle. It'll be fine.

Then if you're still using the trustworthy cobra III appearing beside you would be a cobra I (from past times) and a super-cobra (from the future). The game would crash of course...all good things and that..... :D

Art imitates real life

Post by reills »

Well, not that it is either here or there, yesterday I performed a Google maps search for Kent, NY (about 55 miles north of New York City) and was shown a map of Kent, NY (about 75 miles east of Niagara Falls)... A case of art imitating real life.
