posting under different names (he hasn't yet posted under carrotcat) is usually frowned upon heavily in forums, so...

I'd say delete the carrotcat account

I am monitoring the situation and have no intention of taking further action without specific motivation. (Of course, it would be polite of him to ask me to delete the first account, which presumably had some sort of problem…)
